Citizens from the following countries/territories require a visa when entering Sweden.
No, it is not possible to apply for a visa to Sweden at the Embassy in Doha.
For short visits to Sweden (up to 90 days), applications for a Schengen visa are handled by the Embassy of the Netherlands in Doha through VFS Global.
The Embassy in Doha does not issue ordinary passports.
If you have lost your passport or are unable to use your ordinary passport, the Embassy may, in certain cases, issue a provisional passport for a single journey.
To apply for an ordinary passport, you must contact a Swedish passport authority, such as the Swedish Embassy in Abu Dhabi or Riyadh, or the Swedish Police Authority in Sweden.
If you have applied for a passport at another Swedish passport authority, you may request to collect it at the Embassy in Doha, for an administrative fee. Please note that processing and delivery times may vary.
